Real estate agents wanted to keep in touch with existing clients automatically, a gap was identified in the market by Greg Robertson and Dan Woolley, the idea was brought up to the design team and Homebeat was born. We moved quick and iterated quicker to create the name, brand, product, and marketing collateral. The objective was to design a way for homeowners to easily compare their homes with other homes in their neighborhood while highlighting the Agent as the provider of this valuable information.
Homebeat solves a basic need for agents; staying top of mind with homeowners. One meeting seeded the idea that grew to be a profitable product used and loved by Agents. Spending eighty percent of the total project time shaping and iterating early prototypes allowed us to move and shift fast without using up dev ops.
